Each week we ask you to record your activity minutes and every Friday evening you submit your own "Minutes" from that week. You can do it as an individual, a couple, a family or a group. Every entrant will be in a draw that week to win healthy prizes. Every Friday evening we will also have a different speaker to give a talk on an aspect of Healthy Living to accompany your increased activity; such as Healthy Eating, your Mental Health, Mobility & Building Strength, checking Blood Pressure & Cholesterol, Positive Wellbeing and more. The first week we will also tell you about the wealth of activities already on offer in our community! Everyone is welcome, young and not so young, it is a free community program supported by the GAA Healthy Clubs Initiative and open to all the community, not just club members. Come every
